Our Return Policy
We want you to love your Organics Homeware purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
- All tags and labels must be attached
- Proof of purchase required
- Final sale items cannot be returned (clearly marked at purchase)
How to Return an Item:
- Initiate your return through our online portal
- Package items securely in original packaging
- Include the completed return form
- Affix the prepaid return label (US customers)
- Drop at any authorized carrier location
Return Options:
- Refund:
- Full refund to original payment method
- Processing time: 5-10 business days after receipt
- Exchange:
- For size or color exchanges (subject to availability)
- No additional shipping fees for first exchange
Shipping Costs:
- US returns: Free prepaid return label
- International returns: Customer responsible for return shipping
- Original shipping fees non-refundable
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged/defective item:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Include photos of the issue
- We’ll provide a prepaid return label and expedited replacement
Special Considerations:
- Made-to-order items: Final sale
- Monogrammed/personalized items: Final sale
- Bundles: Must return complete set
Processing Timeline:
- Allow 3-5 business days for processing after we receive return
- Refunds appear in your account within 10 business days
- Email notifications sent at each step
International Returns:
- Must include all customs documentation
- Mark as “Returned Goods” to avoid duties
- Refunds exclude original import taxes
